Back at the Crib
Salam aleikum. “Back at the Crib” is my newest short story for your consumption. In 2028, much of America has lost its war on Islam, and the Mujahidden of the Americas, or MA, has control over its southeast. Though not oppressing the Christian populations, the MA wants to arrest some blasphemers to send a message to the enemies of Islam within its jurisdiction. Mikail Harris already fled the chaos from before the MA and is comfortable among the Muslims in Eastern Jamaica. Then Max calls him back to Mobile to help make arrests of anyone he knows to have insulted Allah or insulted Muhammad in the past. Reluctant as Mikail is, he turns out to take it more seriously than even the authorities for whom he is working. Does he kill the blasphemer who he learns also killed his relatives, or let others handle that for him to ensure impartiality?
The theme is the same as that of the others, a revert/convert returning ‘home’ to confront something, but this is for a reason. The next one will be of a different theme, insha’Allah.

You don’t even speak Spanish and you go into ludicrous translations which are all off…moreover, learn some European before you start going off in tangents that are not relevant.

Charles, what the hell are you talkin’ about? I never said I spoke it like a Latin American or Spaniard, but the last translation I gave was on another Muslim blog about the difference between “flies” and “masjid” in Spanish. Is that what you’re referring to?
You said “earn some European…“. Which one? I guess all of you speak the same language, huh? One language for all white people, is that it?
And no, we can’t talk about pedophiles, murderers, or extortionists, but we CAN talk about prophets. Are you sure you want to insult Muhammad or any other prophet for that matter?

You are a good writer maa shaa Allah. I read some parts of your novelette avout Jabril Saleh, do you have the whole story? Maybe you could send it to me ? Really makes me happy to see a Muslim writing “Islamic” short stoies!
